One of my favorite paintings... but not yet my favorite places. I would love to visit Paris, France one day... but until that day, I am left to dream about it and imagine how the sky really does turn pink in the evening as if you were looking at life through rose colored glasses. I painted this for my sister when I was still in high school. It was a last minute birthday present for her... it even stuck to the frame because I put it in before the paint was fully dry. It is a small, about 5x7, oil painting. I wish I wouldn't have given it away, but at least I currently live with my sister, so it is like I still have it for myself.
